Professional Midwife Role

We have an exciting role available for a skilled midwife to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide continuity of care to women, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and experience in antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care. They will work closely with women, partners, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- This is a fixed-term position for 6-9 months, with the possibility of extension.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of postgraduate experience in a midwifery setting and recent experience working in antenatal care, birth suites, and post-natal settings.
- Provide continuity of care to women, covering antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods.
- Assess, plan, and implement care in partnership with women and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 1-year Postgraduate experience in a Midwifery environment
- Recent experience working in antenatal care, birth suites, and post-natal settings
