Warehouse Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in helping us manage and coordinate the flow of goods and products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, including receiving and storing inventory, picking and packing orders, and dispatching shipments. They will also be responsible for handling warranty returns and customer complaints, as well as assisting with stocktakes and inventory management.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. If you have a great can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet, we want to hear from you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
  • Receiving new shipments and storing inventory
  • Handling warranty returns and customer complaints
  • Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
