We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mechanical engineering solutions and contributing to the growth of our business.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in pressure vessel, tank, and piping design. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, be able to work independently, and lead and oversee the development of a growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality mechanical engineering solutions
  • Lead and oversee the development of a growing team of engineers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent experience/qualification in mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in finite element analysis and pressure equipment design
  • Diverse range of mechanical engineering skills, including pressure equipment, rotating equipment, or tanks
  • Experience working in oil and gas facilities or similar heavy manufacturing industries
  • Ability to generate engineering estimates and quotations
