We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.

The role involves delivering a range of support services, including social support, respite care, domestic assistance, and basic personal care. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, promoting their independence, choice, and control.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing transportation to appointments, events, shopping, and family visits
  • Assisting participants in achieving their goals, as outlined in their NDIS plans
  • Documenting clients' changing needs and following care plans
  • Billing administration skills would be beneficial but not essential

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence
  • A commitment to work flexible hours
  • The willingness to obtain required compliance checks
  • First Aid Training
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A good understanding of person-centred support
