As a Hospitality Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality employees, ensuring that all aspects of food service, laundry, and cleaning operations are met to the highest standard.
The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising team members, as well as ensuring that all work practices meet HACCP requirements and Aged Care Quality Standards.
With a Certificate IV in Hospitality and a willingness to obtain a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management, you will have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
