In this role, you will be part of a fun and talented team, working closely with park teams, guests, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high standard customer service and maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, guests, and stakeholders.
- Quoting availability and rates to customers, responding to general enquiries by phone and email, and processing reservations, changes, and payments in line with company policy.
- Checking guests in and out, settling their accounts, and liaising with all areas of the business to ensure a smooth operation.
- Providing guests with information about the resort and local areas of interest, and selling third-party products and merchandise as required.
- Completing relevant day-to-day departmental checklists.
About You
- Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
- Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable Reservation Booking System.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Heaps of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- A high standard of personal presentation.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
