Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high standard customer service and maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Quoting availability and rates to customers, responding to general enquiries by phone and email, and processing reservations, changes, and payments in line with company policy.
  • Checking guests in and out, settling their accounts, and liaising with all areas of the business to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Providing guests with information about the resort and local areas of interest, and selling third-party products and merchandise as required.
  • Completing relevant day-to-day departmental checklists.

About You

  • Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable Reservation Booking System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Heaps of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
