Procurement Administrator Job Opportunity">

This APS4/5 Junior Procurement Admin Officer position is responsible for providing administrative support to our organization in Canberra or Sydney.

The role involves working on a 12-month contract with a possible extension option. As a hybrid worker, you will split your time between working on-site and from home.

To be eligible for this role, you must possess a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Clearance or be able to obtain one.

Key responsibilities of the job include:

- Reviewing procurement-related documentation including spending proposals, quotes, contracts, and other related documents
- Logging, tracking, and scheduling procurement activities, variations, and renewals
- Performing other duties as directed by management

Required skills and qualifications include:

- At least two years of prior experience in an IT procurement environment
- Proficiency in Desktop / Laptop / Server hardware, software, and systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

Desirable skills include familiarity with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Framework.
