Our indoor and outdoor play areas create the perfect setting for 108 children to discover, learn, and develop their skills.

About This Role

As our new Lead Childcare Professional, you will lead with kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality care. You will inspire teams to deliver exceptional learning environments, empower educators to nurture children's independence and curiosity, build strong connections with families, and support teams through open, thoughtful communication.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights
  • Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate
  • Responsible and ready with your Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • A warm, approachable and professional manner
  • You love building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
