Welcome to our Academy, a child-safe organisation committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

We offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. Our centre is open from 6:30am to 6:30pm, catering for 108 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

About You
  • Be a passionate and impactful leader focused on children and educators.
  • Inspire teams to deliver exceptional learning environments.
  • Empower educators to nurture children's independence and curiosity.
  • Build strong connections with families and support teams through open, thoughtful communication.
  • Create a joyful, caring space that promotes meaningful growth for all.
What You'll Bring:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Legally ready to work with full Australian working rights.
  • Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate.
  • Responsible and ready with your Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
  • A warm, approachable and professional manner.
  • You love building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community.
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
