Establish a dynamic retail presence by securing a role as a Sales Ambassador.

The Position

Sales Ambassadors operate on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and public holidays. They are the brand's key representatives, influencing sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and sharing product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Drive sales growth in a one-to-one selling environment
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by employing effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity
  • Develop and confidently share PANDORA product knowledge to enhance sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Cultivate customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data by offering e-receipts
  • Assist with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing items in the correct spaces within the store
  • Complete PANDORA online training modules to develop professionally and flourish as a PANDORA team member
  • Lead by example; coach and train newer members of the team
  • Represent the brand and store through maintaining a stylish and well-presented appearance
  • Maintain high shop floor standards; taking pride in your work environment
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges

The Ideal Candidate

- Strong selling skills, with experience in a retail environment, particularly in 1-1 sales settings

- Excellent communication skills - Sales Ambassadors must initiate contact and communicate confidently

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere

- A positive, "can-do" attitude, with a desire to work collaboratively as part of a successful team

- Customer-focused

- Flexible approach; Sales Ambassadors work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and public holidays
