We are seeking a sales ambassador to join our retail team in a seasonal role.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills and up-selling techniques.
- They will build strong relationships with customers by answering their queries, providing exceptional service, and adapting their approach to meet individual needs.
- The sales ambassador will learn and confidently share product knowledge to maximise sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
- They will assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing merchandise in the correct spaces within the store.
- The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining high shop floor standards and merchandising the store effectively.
- They will also operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
- A natural ability to see opportunities in achieving and over-achieving sales targets.
- A passionate and motivated individual who can express their individuality and style Pandora jewellery in their own way.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
