About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, including beers, wines, and spirits, and use this expertise to engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Sales and Suggestive Selling: Utilize your product knowledge to suggest relevant products to customers, promoting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
