Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $22-$25 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your hourly wage, you may also be eligible for overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentives based on store performance and individual contributions.

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom, sales floor, and dining area.
  • Operating a cash register and handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
