We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Mama Manoush. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
• Ensure high-quality food products are prepared to order
• Train junior staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Requirements:
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a chef
• Ability to work weekends and rotating roster
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about providing high-quality food service
