Job Overview

The Assistant Asset Manager role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of assets within our portfolios.

This position will report to the Asset Manager and contribute significantly to the overall success of the organization by efficiently managing the asset management system on behalf of clients.

Supported by a dedicated team, you will provide technical analysis of strategic equipment data and manage designated projects, including Planned Preventative Maintenance programs, PPM Schedules, and other related activities to drive efficiency and productivity.

  • Provide leadership in the management of Planned Preventative Maintenance programs and assets.
  • Maintain financial controls and reporting for PPM programs.
  • Develop and document asset standards and processes.
  • Offer recommendations for operational performance improvement and project manage their implementation with stakeholders.

You will be required to have:

  • A degree in Engineering or Business/Finance (essential).
  • A track record in a similar role, preferably in complex environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong customer relations skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
