Hydrogeology Specialist

We are seeking a Hydrogeology Specialist to join our Mine Water team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and technically challenging projects across Australia and beyond.



About the Role
  • This position requires a strong background in hydrogeology, with experience in consulting or the mining industry.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake comprehensive assessments of groundwater resources and provide practical engineering solutions for mining projects.
  2. Conduct site investigations, monitoring, dewatering, and environmental assessments.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and mitigate the impact of mining activities on groundwater resources.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Geoscience discipline or Environmental Sciences.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional hydrogeological experience.
  • Proven experience in consulting or the mining industry.
  • A willingness to undertake fieldwork.
