We are seeking an experienced IT Professional to oversee the administration of our clients' systems. This role involves managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, servers, and networking devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Manage Active Directory and identity and access control
  • Configure and maintain networking devices, including switches and firewalls
  • Support Windows Server environments and virtualisation platforms
  • Oversee backup and recovery processes (e.g., Veeam)
  • Monitor and maintain endpoint security using Microsoft Defender
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in a system administration or similar role
  • Previous experience working with or for a managed services provider
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals
