This full-time Systems Administrator role is part of our Information and Communications Technology Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and reporting on ICT systems and infrastructure.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Administering technology infrastructure components including systems and software management
  • Supporting and maintaining essential IT operations
  • Ensuring consistency, integrity and security of the operating environment
  • Capacity planning, monitoring and upgrading ICT systems and hardware
  • Managing data storage and backups
  • Managing ICT Software Management Suite
  • Server and user administration and security tasks

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in computer or information systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft solutions like M365 Defender, Teams, Exchange Admin, Intune, Configuration Manager and Azure
  • Experience in administering Windows network environments and server-side technologies
  • Strong analytical, conceptual skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
