Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role involves handling complex technical issues, providing second-line support, and maintaining IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to Windows, macOS, Office 365, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and group permissions in Active Directory.
  • Resolve escalated tickets within SLA guidelines and accurately document all actions and communications.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in an IT support or service desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, and basic networking principles.
  • Experience with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and endpoint management systems.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL service management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft (MCP/MCSA).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and collaboration tools.
