We are seeking a Product Manager to develop and successfully carry out best-in-class customer engagement offerings for our Issuing and Acquiring clients. This will involve engaging customers with every electronic transaction made through their e-commerce payment products.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage the product from end to end
  • Apply research, customer, and internal partner feedback and industry trends to understand product requirements with a customer lens. Identify new opportunities to define a product roadmap.
  • Develop, lead, and publish the product roadmap, building unique selling points (USPs).
  • Support the product development lifecycle by defining development requirements; own the design process and deliverables.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vital team members across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key insights.
  • Define success criteria & metrics of new products.
  • Build the product commercialization model, substantiating this with a financial business model.

  • You will have a real passion for building extraordinary products that drive customer engagements across digital channels – mobile, in-app, web, and in-store.
  • You are expected to develop and complete a product roadmap and vision on customer engagement and product experiences that can help our clients deliver a high-level product experience.
  • You are a self-starter that will deliver against product and business goals.
  • You will work with the product development teams and vital team members to define and plan the next-generation product offering.
  • You will be called on as a subject matter authority (SMA) for Customer Engagements by the Sales and Presales teams.

Skills We Can't Do Without

  • Prior work experience in product development & management
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent field
  • 5+ years' experience in product management
  • Handles multiple assignments at a time and/or significant project.
  • Requires limited supervisory oversight; self-starter.
  • Able to take general requirements and develop an execution plan.
  • Strong communicator with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
