We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity that offers the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

As an integral part of our close-knit team, you will work with and support individuals who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. Your responsibility will be to assess needs and provide effective solutions and strategies to ensure a safe return to work for our clients.

Key Requirements

  • A willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's license compulsory)
  • Qualifications and relevant registration in Rehabilitation Counselling
  • A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders, including insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards diverse cultural groups
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and time management
