Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist/Exercise Physiologist

WorkFocus is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist/Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This role will involve working with clients to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, designing intervention programs to improve functional performance and independence, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Undertake assessments to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, taking into account the client's goals, needs, and circumstances.
- Intervention and Support: Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity, and identify and address barriers to participation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with clients, family members, funders, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes, and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
- Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
- Commitment to high-quality customer service
- Willingness to work in the community and possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
