As a **Team Leader** with IPAR, you will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Your duties will include:
- Case management and perform services to maintain your technical & professional skills;
- Complete a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills;
- Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Provide leadership and mentorship support to your team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologist, Rehab Counsellors, Social Workers and Registered Nurses;
- Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team;
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients.
**Qualifications** As a successful Team Leader with IPAR, you will possess**:
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in **Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy, or Exercise Physiology, or Social Work, or Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology**;
- Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body**:AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA, AASW**;
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry (preferred);
- Experience in a similar role or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance;
- Australian full working rights;
- Current **NSW Driver Licence** and access to **vehicle with comprehensive car insurance**.
