Community Support Worker Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring professional to visit elderly clients in their own homes, assisting them to live independently in the community by supporting them with daily tasks, social access, and sometimes just keeping them company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality care and support by ensuring the holistic needs of our clients are met in accordance with their care plan and care package.
  • Personal care including showering, dressing, and continence care.
  • Facilitate community access opportunities for our clients.
  • Provide cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation services.
  • Complete documentation and reports.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability (desired).
  • A First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) or willing to obtain within 2 weeks of commencement.
  • Current valid driver's license to drive in Western Australia, as defined by the WA Department of Transport.
  • A reliable, insured car.
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old.
