Paediatrics and Adults Speech Pathologist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care to children and adults with communication difficulties, as well as experience in developing and implementing individual therapy plans.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth and development of our services.

About the Role:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to children 0-7 years and adults with communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Australian residency and eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Drive, passion, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
