
Paediatric Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged 0-7 years, delivering early childhood intervention services and building on each family's strengths.
- They will also be responsible for delivering goal-directed therapy services to young people and adults experiencing learning language communication feeding sensory intellectual physical and cognitive difficulties.
- A key aspect of this role is collaborating with parents teachers and carers to educate them and nurture change.
- This requires effective communication and collaboration skills to achieve the goals of individuals and their support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality paediatric speech pathology services to clients in accordance with professional standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised treatment plans to address client needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including healthcare professionals educators and families to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant professional body.
- Experience working with children and families in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
