About the RoleThe Senior Nurse/AHP is a clinical leadership position that plays a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care and promoting professional development within our team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert clinical guidance and support to junior staff members
- Collaborating with the Clinic Manager to optimize clinic operations and workflows
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of $103,759.50 - $110,838 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
- Total effective package of $126,456 - $134,420 per annum (including base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options)
You will also enjoy a range of employee benefits, including six weeks' annual leave, generous salary packaging, and access to our on-site health services for you and your family at no cost.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A relevant qualification in nursing or a related field (e.g., midwifery, AHP)
- Significant experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
