In addition to the above packages, this role offers qualification and professional development allowances, salary sacrifice, and remote locality provisions, as well as furnished accommodation with amenities.

The Director of Nursing and Midwifery will provide authoritative strategic and operational advice that influences contemporary nursing/midwifery practice and service delivery across Primary Health Care practice areas.

- Demonstrating high-level leadership and management skills, including strategic thinking, practical people management, and the ability to successfully support change in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment
- Strategically and effectively deploying financial and human resources to support the successful attainment of the organisation's strategic and operational plans
