Project Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead some of the most complex water programs globally.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of managing medium to large-sized programs with high complexity, providing technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery globally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage projects of critical national importance.

* Provide strategic direction for project delivery.

* Champion ethical and safe working practices.

* Drive innovation in project management approaches and methodology.

* Work closely with global business leaders to identify new business opportunities.

* Proactively mitigate risks and positively impact project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

* A highly capable program manager with at least 10 years of experience in a program management leadership role on water/wastewater programs.

* Recognized expertise in water/wastewater program management within national/regional markets.

Desirable Qualifications:

* PMI-PgMP, APM-RPP, or CMAA-CCM Certification (or equivalent) is preferred.

* Demonstrated ability to set long-term goals and strategies.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
