Operations & Admin Support Specialist

The Role:

We are seeking an all-rounder to join our Operations Team in Adelaide. This is a dynamic, active, and varied position that involves working with both our clients and colleagues at all levels within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception cover and administrative support to teams as required
  • Library support and mail management, including sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ordering stationery and staff kitchen supplies
  • Photocopying, scanning, and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents
  • Outside clerk rounds and building management liaison
  • Organizing couriers and meeting room setup
  • Assisting the IT support team with hardware setup and maintenance
