Business Process Analyst Position

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and process improvement, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. They will also be able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs

  • Developing and maintaining business process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and procedures

  • Providing training and support to end-users on new processes and systems

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across departments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Business Analysis or related role

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

  • Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
