Role Overview

  • Pricing repairs and void works accurately using industry standards
  • Supporting site surveyors with daily commercial activities

  • Assisting with reports and documentation for internal meetings
  • Contributing to process improvements and team development
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in pricing repairs and void works
  • Background in housing repairs, voids, or a similar environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
