Lived Experience Sector Partnerships Workforce Developer

The successful candidate will lead a team to drive workforce development initiatives, ensuring lived and living experience workforces are equipped to thrive in mental health and alcohol and drug services.
This role involves collaboration with consumers, families, carers and supports, lived and living experience workforces, colleagues, and employing services to address Royal Commission recommendations and collective priorities for the Mental Health and Wellbeing Workforce Strategy 2021-24.
A key focus will be developing and implementing policies and strategies with system steward organisations and sector partners to support lived and living experience leadership and workforce initiatives.
The incumbent will create structures and processes that enable partnership-based workforce initiatives with people with lived and living experience and other stakeholders.
This critical role is part of implementing recommendations from the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health and Wellbeing System, ensuring lived experience is embedded across the reformed system.
