About Our Operations
We supply storage tanks, operate a fleet of high-tech vacuum collection trucks, and maintain an unrivaled inland and portside processing and bulk storage network. Our operations are compliant with International Standards of Quality Systems (ISO certification for Safety, Quality & Environment), International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC), and Feed Safety accreditation (ARA). This ensures our customers' used cooking oil is managed responsibly and contributes to the fight against climate change.
About the Role
GrainCorp is seeking a Logistics and Customer Support Specialist to provide administrative, customer service, and operational support to our Auscol business nationally. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a large number of incoming calls, emails, and invoicing requirements
- Managing customers' accounts
- Managing site stocks
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
- Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales and operational targets
- Generating sales leads and route planning activities for sales teams
- Accurate and timely reporting on results
About Your Experience
Candidates will have prior experience in a customer service or related field, ideally in the waste, recycling, oils, or transport industries. They will also demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft – Outlook, Excel (intermediate), Word, and computer literacy, with experience using ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- High customer and solution focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly transactional work environment
Progressed candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees.
