About this Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Professional to support the growth of our investment portfolio. As an Investment Analyst, you'll play a key role in assessing the feasibility and potential returns of various investments.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
- Supporting transaction execution, due diligence, and capital structuring
- Preparing high-quality investment materials and board papers
- Conducting market research and providing strategic investment insights
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4–6 years' experience in investment banking, property development, private equity, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills
- Exposure to the property sector is essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Property, or similar
- A clear understanding of the investment landscape and ability to identify opportunities
