Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and innovation in our Industrial Automation business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, producing and presenting cutting-edge solutions, and collaborating with sales, pre-sales, offer management, and delivery teams to influence the adoption of our technology.
About YouWe are looking for sales individuals who can think beyond the present and apply innovative, inclusive, and result-centric strategies to driving growth. Key requirements include:
- A qualification in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or a business-related discipline
- The ability to identify complex business problems and leverage the integration of automation OT with IT, end point to cloud, and digital services
- A solid operational understanding of our key domains, including Manufacturing, Transportation, Water Waste Water, Mining, and Oil & Gas
- Previous success in customer-facing business development, technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting roles
- Ability to listen and translate customer needs into business solutions, demonstrating our value proposition
- Ability to identify and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within an organization
