Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing strategy in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation marketing strategy that drives high-quality leads for our sales team.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Generate cross-sell leads and work closely with heads of sales on franchise-specific campaigns.
  • Optimise events and sponsorships strategies with the wider field-marketing team.
  • Work with the sales and customer success team to develop enablement collateral.
  • Align go-to-market campaigns with field marketing demand generation activities.
  • Execute localised content from global campaigns.
  • Report on overall lead performance for the region.

About You:

We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in business (marketing) or a related field, at least 8 years of experience working in demand-generation marketing, and excellent communication skills to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  3. Within 6 months: Executed your field marketing plan, analysed results, and optimised outcomes.

Bonus: Embed yourself deeply into the Reapit ANZ business, positioning yourself as the go-to person for demand generation marketing in ANZ.
