The purpose of this role is to support the National Program Manager and field management team with operating, delivering program data inputs and reporting. Time Management, attention to detail, and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role; if you can work under pressure, you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity

Specifically, this role will provide operational and administrative support to the National Program Manager and National Field Manager. You will be responsible for monthly activity set up and POS allocation, management of program assets, management of monthly installs and liaison with our logistics partner, TCC.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
- Ensure timelines agreed between client and field team are adhered to
- Work with BI to deliver on outcomes to timelines.
- Manage and lead end to end processes for field team recruitment
- Tactical Project Management
- Work closely with the National Program Manager to develop and implement minimum reporting standards
- Understand trends and patterns in data and provide insights to National Program Manager
- Program OPS reporting - weekly, monthly, quarterly and at other times when required

**Key Requirements**
- Confident and highly capable with technology platforms - particularly with Excel
- Naturally able to problem-solve in order to find the right outcome quickly.
- Works positively and manages stress under pressure and to tight timelines.
- Flexible mindset - open to other ideas and able to change direction if required.
- Highly organized with diligent attention to detail.
- Natural team player that wants to actively contribute to the team culture.
- Always takes pride in the brands, the business and the team

**About You**:

- Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded
- Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
