About the Opportunity

The Syndicated Loans Operations team is responsible for managing the lifecycle events of syndicated loans. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational requirements to ensure the successful execution of syndicated loan transactions">
  • Interpret legal documents to ensure compliance with deal terms and minimize operational risk">
  • Analyze financial data to ensure accruals and pricing mechanics are accurate">
  • Communicate effectively with clients, borrowers, and lenders to resolve queries in a timely manner">
  • Manage outstanding work items in line with expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)">

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong finance background and excellent analytical skills. A degree in finance or a related field is preferred. Additionally, we require strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
