">Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate individual to collect deceased horses and pets from designated locations with dignity and respect.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about animals, has a strong sense of empathy, and the physical capability to handle large pets with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect deceased horses and pets from designated locations with dignity and respect
- Operate cremation equipment to process ashes
- Navigate daily runs efficiently and maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness
- Return ashes to clients and vet clinics, providing compassionate service
- Communicate empathetically with clients during sensitive moments
- Passionate about animals and comfortable providing aftercare services
- Hold a Heavy Rigid Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence
- Able to lift up to 25kg and perform manual labour tasks
- Confident reversing a trailer (similar to a horse float)
- Available to work weekends and occasionally during weekdays
- Emotionally resilient and respectful in grief-sensitive environments
