AOD Counsellor Case Manager Specialist

We are seeking a Counsellor Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide assessment, counselling, case management and support services to a diverse range of clients.
The role requires the ability to develop, facilitate and evaluate therapeutic group programs aimed at achieving client readiness for AOD residential treatment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, human services, occupational therapy or other health related disciplines
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-management and prioritization skills
- Proactive team player
- Experience in or knowledge of evidence-based clinical frameworks
- A sound understanding of professional, ethical and legislative frameworks including setting boundaries
