Supplier Quality Assurance Advisor Role

The Supply Chain Quality Assurance Advisor position presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in ensuring suppliers and subcontractors meet contractual and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct supplier audits and inspections to assess compliance with ASC requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage non-conformance issues, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Perform supplier qualification reviews, including evaluation of management systems and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to support quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance on corporate policies and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs), and support improvement programs as needed.
Key Requirements:
  • Lead Auditor Qualification (mandatory)
  • Engineering or technical tertiary qualification or 3+ years of relevant SQA experience
  • Strong understanding of quality inspections, standards, and compliance
  • Proven problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
  • Experience auditing business and supplier management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ISO standards
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
