A rehabilitation counsellor is essential in supporting clients to regain their lives, achieve their goals and live independently. This role involves providing vocational counselling services, health coaching and conducting vocational assessments to ensure a proactive, client-centred approach to rehabilitation services.

  • Vocational Counselling: Support rehabilitation progress and return to life and work outcomes
  • Health Coaching: Goal setting, stress management, adjustment to change and building resilience
  • Conducting Vocational Assessments: Identify suitable employment or education opportunities for clients
  • Complex Case Management: Assist clients to achieve their return to life, return to education and return to work goals

This role requires a highly skilled rehabilitation counsellor with expertise in undertaking vocational assessments to join our team of allied health experts. You will play a crucial role in supporting a diverse range of clients to regain their lives while building a breadth of experience.

As a rehabilitation counsellor at this organisation, you will have the opportunity to:
