Insolvency Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage case delivery, understanding key commercial aspects of the insolvent company's business.
  • Oversee cases from pre-appointment to closure, encompassing Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies.
  • Provide regular progress reports.
  • Prepare for and attend creditors' meetings.
  • Manage asset valuation and realisation.
  • Offer recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Attend clients' sites to secure premises and assets where necessary.
