Job Title: Lead Corporate Insolvency Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage corporate insolvency cases, focusing on teamwork and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple insolvency cases, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key commercial aspects of the insolvent company's business and provide regular progress reports.
  • Prepare for and attend creditors' meetings, oversee asset valuation and realisation, and offer recommendations for signoff.
  • Maintain accurate case diaries and conduct site visits to secure premises and assets when necessary.

Staff development is essential; we offer ongoing training and support for qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency.
  • CPI qualification is highly desirable.
