About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Content Coordinator to join our team at Melbourne City Mission. As a key member of our Learning and Professional Development team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that support the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging learning content that meets the needs of our staff
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of our professional development events calendar
  • Work closely with our Head of Learning and Professional Development to implement and optimize our digital learning platform, including our new LMS
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of our Learning and Development Strategy
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for learning and development, who is experienced in designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences. You will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

  • Relevant qualification in learning, communications, marketing, psychology, or multimedia (or a related field)
  • Experience in administering and managing an LMS platform
  • Experience in developing digital content, presentations, eLearning, and training resources
  • Ability to travel to MCM locations to meet stakeholders and coordinate training events
