  • Provide clinical skills, support, and education to patients to ensure the provision of best practice and quality patient care.
  • Maintain best practice standards by seeking regular professional clinical supervision.
  • Provide written and verbal information to patients regarding their rights, responsibilities, and the mental health services complaints and compliments process.
  • Participate in the identification, development, and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of mental health services within the local service area.
  • Actively participate in prevention, promotion, and early intervention activities within the community that are aimed at children and youth at high risk of mental health issues.
