About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team at Australian Barnardos Recruitment Services, specializing in men's mental health. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established and highly regarded practice, providing therapeutic support to adult males seeking help for a range of mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessments and therapeutic support to clients, working closely with in-house clinical supervision.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct regular case reviews and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a Psychologist, with a strong focus on men's mental health.
  • Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
  • Possess a Medicare provider number or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong, non-judgmental counselling skills and a flexible approach to working with a diverse client base.
