Digital Transformation Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Delivery Lead - Digital Transformation. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Digital Transformation Technical Leads, Programs, and Functional leadership to promote, develop, and execute strategic roadmaps for Australian Digital Transformation adoption.
- Work with programs to assess their implementation maturity of Digital Transformation Initiatives, developing and executing a plan for improvement and helping lead the implementation.
- Support the identification and deployment of ICT infrastructure needed to support tool usage.
- Support cross-functional coordination of LMA 1LMX initiatives.
- Provide relevant technical and domain knowledge through mentoring of the broader technical team.
- Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving problems.
- Conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations.
- Support Business Captures by assessing and developing a Digital Transformation solution and defining potential cost and technical benefits.
- Strong technical leadership experience.
- Strategic planning expertise in an Agile development environment.
- Energetic problem solver with attention to detail and interest in process improvement.
- Solid analysis skills with an ability to develop and evaluate alternatives to determine best value based on customer-provided performance weighting.
