About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Delivery Lead - Digital Transformation. This is a key role in our organization, responsible for providing implementation guidance to programs and the Engineering & Technology Function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Lockheed Martin's Digital Transformation Technical Leads, Programs and Functional leadership to promote, develop and execute strategic roadmaps for Australian Digital Transformation adoption
  • Work with programs to assess their implementation maturity of Digital Transformation Initiatives, developing and executing a plan for improvement and helping lead the implementation
  • Support the identification and deployment of ICT infrastructure needed to support tool usage
  • Support cross-functional coordination of LMA 1LMX initiatives
  • Provide relevant technical and domain knowledge through mentoring of the broader technical team
  • Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving problems
  • Conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations
  • Support Business Captures by assessing and developing a Digital Transformation solution and defining potential cost and technical benefits
About You
  • Strong technical leadership experience
  • Strategic planning expertise in an Agile development environment
  • Energetic problem solver with attention to detail and interest in process improvement
  • Solid analysis skills with an ability to develop and evaluate alternatives to determine best value based on customer-provided performance weighting
  • Advanced verbal communication skills including both speaking with and listening to customers and other stakeholders
